Southwest Florida Real Estate I cannot say enough wonderful things about James Trzyna. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. Purchasing a home in Florida while living in New York could have been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience, and I can honestly say that I do not believe I would have gone through with this purchase without James by my side. From the very beginning through closing, James was so much more than a real estate agent. He was my advocate, my sounding board, my problem solver, and, many times, the person who simply talked me through things when I was nervous or unsure. He never rushed me, never pressured me, and never made me feel that any question or concern was too small. He had an incredible amount of patience with me and truly held my hand through the entire process. There were inspections, negotiations, repairs, questions, concerns, and plenty of moments when I wondered whether I was making the right decision. James was there for every one of them. He was responsive, knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly attentive. Most importantly, I always felt that he was looking out for me and my best interests, not simply trying to close a sale. That distinction means everything. Buying a home from another state requires an enormous amount of trust in the person representing you, and James earned that trust completely. He went above and beyond what I ever expected from a real estate agent and made me feel as though I had someone local in my corner every step of the way. Today, I am officially the owner of my Florida home, and James is a very big part of the reason I was able to get here. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Southwest Florida, I could not recommend James Trzyna more highly. He is the kind of agent you hope to find but rarely do — professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely caring about the person behind the transaction. James, thank you for all the hand-holding, the reassurance, the countless questions you answered, and for getting me across the finish line. I truly don't think I would have bought this home without you. I will always be grateful.

My husband Jim and I met Jim Trzyna, over 6 years ago when we were looking for a new home in SWFL. He showed us the home where he had an open house, and showed us others at the time that were available. However, we ended up in a new place in Fort Myers. Last year, we put our condo on the market, and began looking in the Bonita Springs and Naples area. Subsequently, this year, we looked Jim up on line, contacted him….and he became our real estate agent for our search. The reasons we looked him up were many, but primarily he was very professional and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were searching. In addition, because of his personality and straightforward style, he was memorable. During the search process, and through the negotiations, Jim was always helpful working with the realtor on the home we wanted to purchase, and answered any questions we might have had, even if he had to do some research. He helped coordinate some things we needed by being on-site, and we still keep in touch with Jim. We have been extremely pleased with Jim as our real estate agent, and highly recommend him for the sale and/or purchase of your home. He is a Five-Star professional!
